The Cost Of NeoGraft In Toronto
Since every patient is looking for different results the cost will fluctuate between each individual. It gets more costly to use NeoGraft as you have more follicles implanted into your scalp and the technology is different. Our clinic charges $3.99 per hair graft using the FUE method which means that during your consultation with one of our experts they will be able to tell you exactly how many grafts you need for the results you desire and will also give you a precise cost for your transplant.
The price varies depending on a number of variables, including:
- Surgical competence and expertise of your surgeon
- The quantity of hair that is being transplanted
- The cost of living in your neighborhood
- Additionally, if you are traveling for the procedure, you may need to pay for travel fees.
Because NeoGraft surgery is often considered a cosmetic procedure, your insurance company is unlikely to pay the cost of the procedure. You may inquire with your service provider to see if they give payment arrangements.

NeoGraft Vs. FUT And FUE Hair Transplants: Which Is Better?
NeoGraft, FUT, and FUE are all treatments that are quite similar, and all three may provide outcomes that are cosmetically acceptable to the eye.
FUT
A surgeon will remove a strip of hair from the back or side of your head. Once they’ve done this they will begin to remove individual hair follicles and transplant them into the needed areas. FUT is much more invasive than other hair transplant procedures because it requires a strip of skin to be removed from the scalp.
It is often less expensive than FUE and NeoGraft, but it produces a linear scar at the donor’s place, which is not ideal. If you keep your hair short, the scar may be more visible than usual.
FUE & NeoGraft
FUE and NeoGraft are performed in the same manner, with the exception that NeoGraft is semi-automated.
During conventional FUE, a surgeon physically removes and transplants hair follicles from the donor area to the hair loss region.
At the time of NeoGraft surgery, hair follicles are collected by suction rather than by manual extraction, and they are implanted with the use of a specialized instrument that regulates the depth of insertion.
NeoGraft Recovery Process
In comparison to FUT and conventional FUE surgery, NeoGraft is less invasive since the automated system limits the depth of the incisions.
Following the hair transplant, the hair grafts that are implanted should be fully healed within a week, and most patients may return to their normal routine within two to three weeks or sooner if they are able to work from home and feel well enough to do so. That being said, many individuals return to their workplace a few days after having their treatment done as the hair transplant is considered to be minimally invasive. Swelling or scabbing is usual for one to two weeks but should go away pretty quickly as long as you’re taking proper care of the scalp.
Your surgeon will be able to provide you with precise expectations as well as instructions for how to care for your grafts after surgery.
